Реферат: Background. Uterine sarcoma is a rare tumor, appearing in 4-9 % of patients and usually has a bad prognosis. That’s why the objective of this work is to investigate the clinical features of the uterine sarcoma. Material and methods. There were analyzed clinical data of 73 patients with uterine sarcoma stages I – IIIA, IVB (T1-3aNxM0-1) treated in clinic of the Institute of Medical Radiology from 1994 to 2010. Results. The patients age was 28–78 years old, mean age (54,7 ± 10,5) years old, median – 55,0 years old. The morbidity peak was at age category 50–59 years old (32,8 ± 5,5) %. At age younger than 30 years old was 1 patient – (1,4 ± 1,4) %, older than 70 years old – 6 patients (8,2 ± 3,2) %. There were revealed, in our study prevailed patients with stage I – 49,3%. Stage II was in 24,7%, stage III – in 16,4%, stage IV – in 9,6% cases. Analyzing histological structure of tumor there was defined that leyomiosarcoma was in 31 (42,5 ± 5,8 %) patients, endometrial stromal sarcoma – in 22 (30,1 ± 5,4 %), carcinosarcoma – in 16 (21,9 ± 4,9 %), other types: fybrosarcoma – in 1 (1,4 ± 1,4 %), и mixed type – in 3 (4,1 ± 2,3 %) patients. Relapse of the disease was detected in 44 patients (60,2%). Conclusion. The morbidity peak was at 50–59 years old. There have been met patients with I stage of disease the most frequently. Uterine sarcoma has an aggressive course, with a high frequency of recurrence.
